People always say “Team Nakanishi sells the most beautiful homes”, and that’s because of our interior stager and designer Suzanne (Suzy) Sternlicht!

She’s a creative mastermind who worked in the film industry producing and editing news, television series, features, and even worked for 10 years on Harry Potter featurettes and documentaries.

Now with Team Nakanishi, Suzy makes sure our homes shine before we put them on the market for sale. We provide free staging for all our clients, and Suzy manages our furniture inventory, installation/removal, and storage. She draws inspiration from the home's unique character to create a customized environment that draws buyers in and makes them fall in love. With the help of our professional photographer Shari, Suzy makes Team Nakanishi shine!

Originally from El Cerrito, CA, Suzy studied Public Health/Psychology at UC Berkeley and now lives on the Big Island with her husband Peter, 5 fabulous adult children and 5 awesome grandchildren. In her free time, she plays with her dog Benny and hangs with her chickens. We’re lucky to have her as part of the team!
