Raised on the Big Island of Hawai`i, Janie uses her passion for Real Estate to renovate, style, and flip homes. She’s not afraid to get her hands dirty and does most of the work herself alongside her husband Danny (who is also a part of Team Nakanishi)! They met while attending UH Hilo and lived in Laguna Beach, CA before moving back to Hilo to be closer to family. 

As part of Team Nakanishi, Janie works behind the scenes to make sure all your Escrow deadlines are met and your transactions flow as smoothly as possible. When needed, she also styles our client’s homes to make them shine for potential buyers.

When not in the office, you can find Janie immersing herself in local culture, hiking, enjoying the outdoors, and trying new things with Danny and their daughter Rumi.
