Born and raised in Kailua, O`ahu, Carol Silva graduated from Kailua High School and Cannon’s College of Business. She later married a Big Island local, and although they’re no longer married, she’s called Hilo her home ever since. 

Carol has worked in real estate administration since 1988 and joined Team Nakanishi in 2019. She’s a valuable member of the team and manages all the documents required to list your home and put it into escrow. She follows your transaction at every step to make sure it runs smoothly until it closes.

When she’s not at work, Carol enjoys spending time with her two live in granddaughters, three dogs, and working in her yard.
